Ah, Turkey Day is either nearly here, already here or already passed.
‘Tis the joy of the internet blog written on Tuesday evening, friends.

All leftover wines are under $10.

Crispy Baked Chicken and Veggie Egg Rolls
Great with leftover turkey, y’all.
Pair withIronstone Obsession – it’s great with Asian-inspired dishes.

 

Cajun Red Beans and Rice

(Psst..if you like Cajun cooking, make sure you pick up the new Something Extra that comes out January 1 – the gumbo is yummalicious.)

Pair withDancing Bull Zinfandel – hearty enough for this hearty dish.


Open Faced Turkey Tomato Melts

Cheat with this one and use your leftover turkey and leftover gravy in place of the Jennie-O So Easy stuff.

Pair withBV Coastal Chardonnay – a great buy this month.


Turkey, Bacon and Spinach Wraps

Swap the smoked turkey for regular turkey – it will still work!

Pair withGallo Family Reserve Pinot Gris – light enough that it won’t overwhelm your wrap.


Cranberry Nut Turkey Sandwiches

A classic (and a nifty way to use up that leftover cranberry sauce, too.)

Pair withBeringer III Century – perfectly for post-Thanksgiving chillaxing.
