OK, now start with the new wine tab (you can find it online here), but then go into the stores and check out what’s on sale, because there’s just not enough room to put all the good stuff on sale in the tab.
I learned this myself the other day while looking for a wine to drink with my homemade spaghetti sauce (1 can San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes [not at all stores, unfortunately friends, but I think you could get by with regular crushed tomatoes] , 1/4 cup red wine, 1 1/2 tbsp. Morton & Bassett Italian Seasoning and salt and pepper to taste). Sure, I have wine at home, but I can’t stay away from the wine aisle.
Clearly, I need a bigger home to store my wine. Problem solved.
Anyhoo, I’m picky. I want a deal – not 2 bucks off, friends, but deep, deep discounts!
Like $13 off a wine! (Hello, Moet & Chandon Champagne. Happy yum yum.)
Like $8 off a wine! (Hello Mumm Napa and Chandon bubbly – under $20 happy yum yum.)
Like $6 off a wine! (Sterling Vintner’s Collection – on sale under $10, no less!)
Like $8 off Patrón Tequila! (not a wine, but come on, you can’t hate on the Patrón, friends.)
Even the wine of the month is $5.50 off (Robert Mondavi Private Selection)!
(Psst – the tag on the shelf will tell you how much you’re saving.)
