- Get creative.
Molé sauce, Portuguese sausage, cream cheese - just a taste of what we saw in our competitor's chilis.
- Chili purists will swear that "real" chili doesn't have beans.
- Everything's better with cornbread.
- Custom logos are cool.
You can make your own shirts and labels on the computer.
- Pre-cuts are a good thing.
You'll get tired of chopping. We're partial to Raley's Pre-Cut Bell Peppers, Onions and Pico de Gallo.
- Chili takes time.
Seriously. Bring something to do - or a beer to drink - while it's cooking.
- Don't underestimate the competitive spirit of your friends and loved ones.
