This delicious turkey is oven-roasted. No growth hormones. Includes patented turkey lifter.

  1. Use Conventional Oven
  2. Heat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey from wrapper. Do not stuff turkey.
  3. Position Turkey Lifter on flat rack in open pan, about 2 inches deep. See Turkey Lifter Directions.
  4. Place turkey, breast up, on flat rack in pan. Do not add water.
  5. Insert meat thermometer deep into thickest part of thigh next to body, not touching the bone.
  6. Place turkey in 325°F oven and heat 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours.
  7. To prevent overbrowning, loosely cover breasts and top of drumsticks with lightweight aluminum foil after 1 to 1 1/4 hours
  8. Check temperature of thigh. The temperature should be 130°F to 140°F when the turkey is hot.
  9. Carve and serve immediately

REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE.
