Red Velvet Pancakes
Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 2 to 4 minutes, Serves: 6
2. Stir together rest of ingredients in a large bowl. Using about 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour into a hot, lightly buttered skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for about 1 minute on each side or until pancakes are cooked through. Serve with Cream Cheese Butter.
