Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce
Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 2 to 3
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 clove minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in 1/3 cup Raley’s Canned Pumpkin, 1/4 cup each: cream and vegetable broth and 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tsp. snipped fresh sage or basil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over mushroom ravioli or linguine.
