Sweet Potato, Apple and Sausage Hash
Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 6
Cut 1 (12-oz.) package Full Circle Organic Chicken Apple Sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in a large skillet with 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. Raley’s Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt and 1 peeled, cored and diced green apple. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until apples and onions are soft. Meanwhile, thaw 1 (20-oz.) package Alexia Sweet Potato Fries and cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Add to another large skillet with 1 tbsp. olive oil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir into sausage mixture.
