1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Drain and rinse beans and place in a food processor bowl. Add lemon juice and garlic and puree. With the motor running, slowly pour in olive oil; process until smooth. Stir in basil, salt and pepper. Place in a decorative bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with Breton Crackers and cherry tomato wedges.
Makes 12 appetizer servings.
