1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, butter and salt; mix well. Press onto the bottom of a greased 7x11-inch baking dish and top with apple slices.
2. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, brown sugar, almond extract and cinnamon until well blended; pour over apples. Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before cutting.
