2 slabs pork ribs
Water
1 cup K.C. Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup each: soy sauce, dry sherry and
honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: about 1-1/2 hours
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place ribs in 2 large,
shallow pans and add 1/2 inch of water. Seal
tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in
a small saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10
minutes. Remove ribs from oven and carefully
remove from pans; place on a grill over medium
heat. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes, turning and
brushing with sauce frequently, until ribs are
lightly charred and coated with sauce.
