Ingredients
2 cups Krusteaz Wheat and Honey Complete
Pancake Mix
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped pecans (Natural Foods Dept.
bulk bin #753)
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Using a 1/4-cup measure, pour into a preheated nonstick skillet and cook over medium-low heat until lightly browned on both sides. (Watch carefully to avoid burning.)

Makes 8 servings.
