Ingredients
1 (20 oz.) package turkey tenderloins
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 cups Kitchen Basics Turkey Stock
1/4 cup limoncello liqueur
3 lemon slices
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 35 to 40 minutes

Season turkey with salt and pepper; dredge well in flour. Melt butter in
a large skillet; add turkey and cook over medium-high heat for about
10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Reduce heat slightly
and add shallots; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add stock, limoncello
and lemon slices; cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until
sauce is thickened, turning turkey once or twice. Remove turkey from
skillet and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place on a decorative platter;
pour sauce over the top and sprinkle with basil.

Makes 4 servings or 2 servings with enough for leftovers.

Stock tip! Why settle for broth or bouillon when you can enjoy the rich
flavor of all-natural, slow-simmered stock? Kitchen Basics Turkey
Stock makes it easy, without MSG, additives or excess salt. Available
at stores beginning in early November, but only while supplies last!
Wine Suggestion
Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay The creamy lemon, apple and vanilla of the wine marry perfectly with the sweet tang of the turkey.
