3 oz. pineapple rum
2 oz. seltzer water
1½ oz. mango nectar
3/4 oz. lime juice
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
5 mint leaves
Mint sprig (for garnish)
Prep: 5 minutes Serves: 1
1. Stir all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker or small pitcher.
2. Muddle mint and strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
Tip: Use a long-handled wooden spoon to muddle or mash ingredients.
