Ingredients
1/2   cup honey
1/3   cup brown sugar
2      tbsp. Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, plus extra for buttering hands
1½   tsp. McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2   cup pecans, chopped and toasted (bulk bin #753)
10    cups popped popcorn (popcorn kernels from bulk bin #631)
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Makes: 9

1. Place honey, brown sugar, buttery spread and pumpkin pie spice in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in pecans and pour over popcorn. Using a wooden spoon, stir gently until popcorn is thoroughly coated.
3. When cool enough to handle, shape popcorn into balls with buttered hands. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container to keep crisp.
