Ingredients
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. diced boneless, skinless chicken
breasts
2 cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes
with Onion
1 medium chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp. K.C. Masterpiece Barbecue
Seasoning
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 sliced green onions
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken, potatoes, onion
and seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes,
stirring frequently, until browned. Stir in bell pepper and
green onions; cook for 5 minutes more.
