Ingredients
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 35 to 40 minutes

1 tsp. each: McCormick Chipotle Chili Pepper,
chili powder, oregano leaves, ground cumin
and garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 USDA Choice Beef tri tip roast
1 fresh lime
Chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together all seasonings in a small bowl; rub onto the top and sides of tri tip. Cook for about 35 to 40 minutes or until tri tip is cooked to your liking. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes, then slice 1/4-inch thick. Transfer to a platter and squeeze lime juice over meat; garnish with cilantro. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
