3/4 cup fat-free milk
1 pouch instant mashed potato mix (1/2 of a
4.8-oz. box)
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes
Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add onion,
celery and bacon. Cook over medium heat for 5
minutes. Add broth, milk and potatoes and bring
to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for
10 minutes.
