Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (12-oz.) container Raley's Fresh Produce
Stir-Fry Vegetable Mix
1 (7.7-oz.) package Yakisoba Soy Ginger Stir
Fry Noodles (in our Produce Dept.)
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. each: ketchup and soy sauce
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 cups rotisserie chicken chunks
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and noodles and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Stir together seasoning packet, water, ketchup, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl; add to skillet with chicken. Cook and stir for 5 minutes more.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
