Ingredients
We prefer ground round for its lower fat
content, but any type of ground beef will do.

1½ lb. ground round
1 (1.6-oz.) package McCormick Original
Buffalo Wing
Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
6 lightly toasted buns (we like potato buns)
Lettuce leaves, tomato and red onion slices
(optional)
Buffalo wing sauce (optional)
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 11 minutes

Using your hands, mix together ground round and wing
seasoning mix in a medium bowl. Form into 6 very flat
patties. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked through. Top with cheese and cook for 1 minute more. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and red onion slices, if you like. Try topping burgers with buffalo wing sauce in place of ketchup as a spicy alternative.

Makes 6 servings.
Wine Suggestion
Wrongo Dongo - Big, fruity and about $10, this Spanish red pairs perfectly with our burgers. You could also try your favorite Zin or an Argentine Malbec.
