Ingredients
Add a handful of toasted slivered almonds
for flavor and crunch!


2 cups diced rotisserie chicken meat
1 cup bite-size pieces fresh mango
2/3 cup Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette
1/2 cup small slivers red onion
1 tsp. McCormick Jerk Seasoning
6 cups spring mix greens
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes

Toss together all ingredients except greens in a medium bowl. Place greens in 4 salad bowls and top with chicken mixture.

Makes 4 servings.

I served this salad to a old friend of mine visiting after many years. She loved it and I was so proud to be able to serve it. What a hit!! I actually used Jerk Seasoning on uncooked chicken breasts and grilled them, then sliced.   Member: andradr
