Northern Italian Chicken and Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1 1/4 lb.), seasoned and cooked as
desired
2 (5-oz.) packages Mahatma Yellow Rice,
cooked according to package directions (omit
margarine, if desired) and cooled
1/2 cup chopped Amorosa tomatoes (about 1/4
lb. or 3 small)
1/3 cup Ken's Steak House Lite Northern
Italian with Basil & Romano Dressing
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
4 green onions, sliced
Directions
Dice cooked chicken breasts and place in a large bowl.
Gently combine with remaining ingredients. Serve over
Raley's or Fresh Express Salad Greens tossed with additional
dressing, if you like. Makes 4 servings.
