There are only a few things that could have made this recipe better.
First, there are absolutely NO cooking times given, which made it difficult for me to judge timelines to make sure all of my dishes were ready at the same time.
Second, when it came to reducing the liquid, there was no guideline as to how far the liquid should be reduced. Is it being reduced by half, 3/4, or something else? I ended up adding a little cornstarch and water to thicken it to my liking.
Overall, I really liked the sauce, though it could do with a bit more salt for my taste. i didn't care for the grapes, but the twp men in my house who are choosy about what they eat, liked the grapes. Please correct the time guidelines and I will make this again.

from recipe developer Melanie Peterson: "The prep time for this recipe is about 15 minutes, cook time about 25. (Sometimes we have to omit these details in the interest of space.) When making the recipe, I reduced the sauce to about 1/2 cup. The flour from the chicken thickened the sauce and reducing the broth concentrated the salt from the broth. Our apologies for omitting that detail! Your solutions were perfect and we wish you continued happy cooking, in good health!"
