Ingredients
3 tbsp. California Sun-Dry Sun-Dried Tomato
Spread
3 (7-inch) precooked pizza crusts
1 (8-oz.) package Volpi Basil Rotola (in our
Deli)
Shredded Parmesan cheese and snipped fresh
basil (optional)
Directions
Spread tomato spread onto crusts. Thinly slice Volpi and
place equal amounts onto pizzas. Sprinkle with a little
shredded Parmesan cheese, if you like. Grill over indirect
heat for about 10 minutes, rotating pizzas occasionally with
tongs to avoid burning crusts. Top with snipped fresh basil,
if you
like.

Makes 3 generous or 6 small servings.

The recipes in the Summer EXTRA Sucked this month. Been reading your publication for over 5 years and this last one was awful. I expect much better. I've spent over 400.00 in a month from Raley's when I was working... One of the reasons I paid the higher prices was quality of vegetables, wider isles, clean quite store, AND "SOMETHING EXTRA." No excuse for this month's edition, NOT EVEN THE RECESSION. Thanks for your time   Member: RRRaleys
