Simmer 1½ cups small cubes cooked or uncooked Raley’s Black
Angus Beef cross rib roast, 2 seeded and diced tomatoes on the
vine, 1 (24-oz.) jar Bertolli pasta sauce and 1/2 cup Mondavi or
Gallo red wine in a covered saucepan for 1 to 1½ hours or until beef
is very tender. Mash lightly to shred beef and season to taste with
garlic salt and pepper. Serve over hot cooked Golden Grain pasta.
