Raley's Black Angus Cross Rib Roast

Ingredients
Raley's Black Angus Beef cross rib roast
2 tomatoes on the vine
24 oz. Bertolli pasta sauce
1/2 cup Mondavi or Gallo red wine
garlic salt
pepper
Golden Grain pasta
Directions

Simmer 1½ cups small cubes cooked or uncooked Raley’s Black

Angus Beef cross rib roast, 2 seeded and diced tomatoes on the

vine, 1 (24-oz.) jar Bertolli pasta sauce and 1/2 cup Mondavi or

Gallo red wine in a covered saucepan for 1 to 1½ hours or until beef

is very tender. Mash lightly to shred beef and season to taste with

garlic salt and pepper. Serve over hot cooked Golden Grain pasta.
