Community Involvement:  Food For Families

Food For Families is a non-profit program that has raised more than $22 million and donated more than 12 million pounds of dry groceries to food banks in our communities since the program began as a holiday food drive in 1986.

Food For Families works in partnership with Raley's customers, employees and vendors. The Sacramento Bee, the Modesto Bee and the San Francisco Chronicle make donations to Food For Families based on the sale of newspapers in our stores to help stock food banks throughout Northern California and Nevada.

To see which organization benefits from donations collected in your store, visit foodforfamilies.org.
