Throughout her career, Debra Martin has been responsible for developing and managing Loss Prevention departments, shrink control programs, awareness programs, technical aspects of loss prevention, safety and more.

With 10 years of experience in retail store operations and 16 years in retail Loss Prevention, including grocers Harris Teeter and Winn Dixie, Debra brings her energy and sharp focus to Raley's in the pursuit of developing loss prevention programs to further reduce shrink. Now, as the new Vice President, Asset Protection, Debra oversees the Loss Prevention team, while expanding the department's scope to investigate causes of shrink. Using data and efficient process, Debra will partner with a variety of departments to further develop systems and will use measurement tools to protect our company assets.
