With 18 years of human resources experience and knowledge, Tosha Owens joins Raley's as a District Human Resources Manager.  While working in management and corporate human resources for Fed Ex National, Safeway and Kaiser Permanente, Tosha gained experience in interviewing and hiring process, employee recruitment and more. In her new role with Raley's, Tosha will oversee employee relations, recruiting and hiring at the stores, and will ensure that company policies are consistently followed. She also plans to obtain a Professional Human Resources Certification.

She is thrilled to be working with her district and looks forward to working closely with the Store Directors and District Manager Robert Contreras. Tosha strives to be an employee advocate and hopes to provide colleagues with support and resources. Tosha reports to Director of Human Resources, Jerry Landers.
