Joey Tobias worked in Human Resources as a Personnel Officer for both active duty and reserves in the US Air Force. Once becoming a reservist, Joey went to work for The Target Corporation as a District Human Resources Manager. Now working for Raley’s, he is thrilled to be a Human Resources Manager for all the facilities (Distribution Center, Maintenance, HBC Warehouse, Production Bakery, Product Recovery Center, Central Fill Pharmacy and Distribution Center Freezer) and District 5.

Joey looks forward to upholding company standards of performance and efficiency with a focus on succession planning for future growth and stability. He reports to Director of Human Resources, Chris Clark.
