Muoi Hoang comes to Raley’s from Pacific International Rice Mills, Inc. where she worked in the quality assurance department as a production supervisor. She will be evaluating and enforcing the highest standards for quality as well as managing quality and formulation of new products and assisting in resolving customer inquires and concerns.

Among her regular duties, Muoi manages the quality assurance functions such as document management, lab testing and analysis, vendor compliance audits and product cuttings. Muoi looks forward to assisting in new product development, maximizing opportunities for increased sales across all Raley’s Private Brands. She will act as an additional safeguard to ensure that our high standards are met consistently with all our suppliers, new and existing. Muoi will report to Senior Director, Private Brands, Stephanie Cook.
