Updated: Fresh Del Monte Whole Cantaloupe Recalled

- Raley’s has voluntarily recalled Fresh Del Monte (NYSE: FDP) whole cantaloupe sold at its Raley’s, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods and Food Source stores between Oct. 5 and Oct. 16, 2009.
- The cantaloupe was removed from shelves because it is a possible health risk.
- Stores removed the product from the shelves on Oct. 16. The cantaloupe currently on the shelf is not affected by this recall.
- Customers should discard the cantaloupe, or return it to the store for a full refund.
