1. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
   
   a. River Cats Family Four Pack (ARV: $80) Giveaway with Raley's, Bel Air, Nob Hill Foods and Food Source will begin on April 3rd, 2009 at approximately 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and end on July 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. To be eligible, entries for each monthly drawing must be received after 12:00 a.m. PT on the last Friday of the previous month and by 11:59 p.m. PT on the last Thursday of the drawing month (the “deadline”). For example, to be eligible for the drawing to be held Friday April 3rd, 2009, the entry must be received after 12:00 a.m. PT on the last Friday (March 27th, 2009) and by the deadline (i.e., 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009).    
   
   b. To participate in the sweepstakes, enter via the following method:  Consumers can register online at raleys.com or nobhill.com once per month. To enter online, you must enter your first name, last name, valid email address, phone number and zip code in the online entry form. Limit one internet entry per email address. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Raley's, Bel Air Mart, Nob Hill General Store, Inc. and Warehouse Concepts (collectively "Sponsor") are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
    
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
   
   a. The sweepstakes is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older and legally reside in California. Employees of Sponsor, affiliated entities, their affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.   
   
   b. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted per month.    
   
   c. Winner must show a government-issued photo ID showing date of birth in order to pick up prize.
    
3. Prizes:   
   
   a. Each month, for each regular season River Cats home game on or after the 3rd day of the following month and before the 3rd day of the month thereafter, one (1) River Cats Family-Four Pack valued at $80 will be awarded to each of three (3) grand prize winners. Each River Cats Family-Four Pack includes 1) Four River Cats game tickets (seats to be assigned at discretion of Sponsor and 2) a River Cats Food Voucher for four small sodas, four hot dogs, and four bags of chips. River Cats Food Voucher is redeemable at the River Cats general concession stands.   
   
   b. Prize may be picked up at the office of Raley's, 500 West Capitol Ave., West Sacramento, CA 95605. Any prize not claimed within three (3) days of winning, will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner or winner asks for prize to be left at WILL CALL, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. Sponsor is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.    
   
   c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.
    
4. Selection of Winners:    
   
   a. Decisions of Raley's Marketing Department with respect to the sweepstakes are final.   
   
   b. On the last Friday of each month, the winners for that month will be selected via random selection from all eligible entries received by the deadline, except for the July drawing, which will be held on August 1st.   
   
   c. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.   
   
   d. Each month, the winners for that month will be notified via e-mail or phone on or about the last Friday of the month. If a winner cannot be reached within 1 day after he or she is selected, an alternate winner may be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible entries and notified by telephone.
    
5. Conditions:   
   
   a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.   
   
   b. By participating in the sweepstakes, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.   
   
   c. Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sponsor’s Websites or is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.    
   
   d. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the sweepstakes, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value.   
   
   e. Failure to comply with the sweepstakes rules may result in a participant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor.    
   
   f. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize.    
   
   g. For a list of all winners, available after October 2, 2009, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Raley’s “River Cats Family Four-Pack” Sweepstakes Winners’ List Request, P.O. Box 15618, Sacramento, CA 95852 for receipt by October 1, 2009.
   
   
6. Internet Contest Privacy Policy:  By use of this website and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at raleys.com/privacy.jsp and nobhill.com/privacy.jsp.
