1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: All entries, whether by the
“purchase method” by purchasing participating products as described below or by the “no purchase method”, have an equal chance of winning. Using one method of entry over another will not increase your chances of winning. There are two ways to enter the Raley’s Family of Fine Stores, Family Reunion Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), beginning 12:00:01 AM PT on May 13, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 PM PT on June 9, 2009:
(a). PURCHASE METHOD: Every time consumers purchase twenty dollars ($20) worth of the following participating products: Sunny D 64 oz, Fruit 2 O, Spring 1/2 liter, Pepperidge Farm Frozen Toast, Eggo 10 ct, Morning Star Breakfast Patty, Smart Balance 16 oz Soft Spread, Ocean Spray 64 oz, Green Works Cleaner All Purpose Spray, Lawrys 12 0z Herb and Garlic Marinade, and Morton Season All (in any combination) in a single transaction at any participating Raley’s, Bel Air or Nob Hill Foods store during regular store hours starting May 13, 2009 through June 9, 2009 they will receive a Checkout Coupon which serves as an Official Entry Form. Entrants will need to complete the Official Entry Form by hand printing their complete name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, e-mail address (optional) and date of birth on the Official Entry Form and mailing it in a stamped #10 envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Raley’s Family Reunion Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 551621 Jacksonville, FL 32255-1219. Mail-in entries are limited to 1 entry per stamped envelope. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by June 9, 2009 and received by June 16, 2009. Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for electronic network, point of sale system, cash register, scanner or computer hardware or software malfunction and/or transmission failure, loss, delayed or corrupted data transmissions, or any technical or human failures, errors or difficulties of any kind. No photocopied Checkout Coupons are permitted or accepted. Checkout Coupons are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized legitimate channels or if any part is altered, defaced, counterfeited, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if Checkout Coupon contains any mechanical/typographical or other errors.

NO PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD: Entrants that do not wish to make a purchase may log onto www.raleys.com to complete an Official Entry Form or they can hand print their complete name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, e-mail address (optional) and date of birth on a 3”x5” piece of paper and mail their 3”x5” piece of paper or completed Entry Form in a stamped #10 envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Raley’s Family Reunion Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 551621 Jacksonville, FL 32255-1219. Mail-in entries are limited to 1 entry per stamped envelope. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by June 9, 2009 and received by June 16, 2009. Neither Raley’s {which includes Bel Air Mart, Nob Hill General Store, Inc., Warehouse Concepts, Inc. dba (Food Source)} (collectively “Sponsor”),, Promo Depot MatchPoint Marketing, Catalina Marketing Corporation, or their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, nor any of their respective partners or prize suppliers (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”) are responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete entries are not eligible. Mail-in envelopes larger than a #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online service will apply and shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal U.S. residents residing in California or Nevada who are 18 years of age or older as of May 13, 2009. Employees of the of Raley’s {which includes Bel Air Mart, Nob Hill General Store, Inc., Warehouse Concepts, Inc. dba (Food Source} (collectively “Sponsor”) and any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void outside of CA, NV and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize – A family reunion for up to seventy-five (75) people at the location of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice (with approval by Sponsor) within Northern California or Northern Nevada. The prize will consist of a maximum of $25,000 to be used towards the family reunion which must be located at a site in one of the following California or Nevada counties: Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Stanislaus, Solano, Sacramento, or Washoe. The Sponsor will use the prize funds to secure the following services: rental of an appropriate site (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for the family reunion event; catering services that will include two different menus for the guests to choose from; t-shirts screen-printed with family name, event title, event date and event location, provided in a standard selection of sizes (shirt size and quality selection will be at the discretion of Sponsor); and services of a photographer (up to 6 hours) and a DJ (1 hour set up, 4 hours of entertainment, 1 hour take down). ARV of the Grand Prize may not exceed $25,000. Any difference in amount between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. Prize must be utilized by September 30, 2010 or prize will be forfeited. Transportation to/from reunion is not included and will be the responsibility of the winner or his or her guests. Grand Prize winner’s guests (or parent/legal guardian on behalf of guest if guest is a minor) must execute a Release of Liability at the reunion prior to attending. Once the Sponsor arranges and books any portion of the Grand Prize, the Sponsor will not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement made by the Grand Prize Winner. In such event, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason as solely determined by Sponsor.
4. FIRST PRIZES: One hundred (100) First Prizes – each consisting of a $50 Raley’s Family of Fine Stores gift card. Some restrictions may apply; see gift card for details. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason as solely determined by Sponsor. Total value of all First Prizes is $5,000.
5. TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $30,000.
6. RANDOM DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 26, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Promo Depot MatchPoint Marketing, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to complete, sign and return, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. The potential Grand Prize Winner is required to return the document within 14 days from the postmark date on the prize notification letter or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The potential First Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. Limit one prize per person/family/household.
8. GENERAL RULES: The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates the Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. All aspects of the prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No cash equivalent or exchange of prize is permitted (except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion). The winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates, including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prizes or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prizes including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The winners, in accepting their prizes, consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, state), photographs and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: The California Courts (State & Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the Sweepstakes and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the county of Sacramento, California.

11. PRIVACY: By use of the Raleys.com website and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Raley's Website Privacy Policy and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at raleys.com/privacy.jsp and nobhill.com/privacy.jsp.

13. ADMINISTRATOR: The Administrator is Promo Depot MatchPoint Marketing, Penn Center West Four, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15276.
