Raley's Brings History to the Kitchen with Presidential Cookies
Meet Author Bev Young and Take a Taste of United States History

WEST SACRAMENTO – Raley’s is baking up a batch of cookies – and American history – in a store near you! In honor of Presidents' Day, Raley’s is hosting exclusive meet-and-greets throughout February with Bev Young, local author of the national best selling book, Presidential Cookies.
Young’s delectable read is Raley’s Book Of The Month for February. It showcases taste-tested presidential cookie recipes with step-by-step instructions, baking tips, and full-color photographs while highlighting White House anecdotes, historical folklore, and fun facts about treasured American symbols.
This melt-in-your-mouth collection of recipes shares two centuries of entertaining at the White House where cookies have been served at presidential receptions, teas, dinners, and First Family gatherings.
