Have you given tilapia a try? It's a nutritious alternative to the usual salmon and tuna.

Tilapia is a farm-raised fish that is mild and delicate like petrale sole. It is low in fat, calories and carbohydrates and high in protein. While having fewer omega-3s than salmon, it still provides more heart-healthy nutrients than other meat alternatives.
