Why should I subscribe to "TableTalk"?
At Raley's Family of Fine Stores, we're always looking for new ways to serve our valued customers. Thousands of our customers enjoy the convenience of receiving weekly specials and money-saving e-coupons sent directly to their inbox. And we appreciate the opportunity to share information about our products and services with our subscribers on such a personal level.
When will I receive my first email?
TableTalk is typically sent early each Wednesday morning, the same day our new weekly specials go into effect at your neighborhood store. During holiday seasons, or when we've got something new and exciting to celebrate, you may receive an additional e-mail with delicious meal ideas or specials.
I subscribed, but am not receiving. What happened?
Due to the technical nature of e-mailing, there are several reasons why TableTalk may not be reaching your inbox. Some of these may be:
- TableTalk is being mistaken as "SPAM" (see next Q&A) and has been filtered to your Junk Email folder or blocked altogether by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). To remedy this, we recommend you add our sender address - tabletalk@raleysstores.com - to your Address Book as a Safe Sender. You may also wish to notify your ISP that you wish to receive e-mails from tabletalk@raleysstores.com.
- There has been an interruption or power failure with your ISP's server, our server or the server of our e-mail engine.
- Your mail box is full, causing TableTalk to "bounce" back to us.
- You may have mistyped your e-mail address during registration.
- You or someone with access to your e-mail has unsubscribed or sent a SPAM complaint to your ISP.
- When we receive a concern regarding deliverability, we do everything we can to remedy the situation in a timely manner. We'd be happy to investigate an issue for you if you write us at TableTalk c/o Raley's, 500 West Capitol Ave., West Sacramento, CA 95605 or email us at tabletalk@raleys.com.
If I sign up, how do I know I won't receive SPAM?
Raley's Family of Fine Stores does not send unsolicited e-mail to our customers. The opportunity to send e-mail to our customers is a privilege that we take very seriously and we do not share, sell or trade customer e-mail information. In an effort to provide 100% permission-based e-mails, we have partnered with a respectable leading service provider to support this service. If you feel you are receiving unsolicited e-mails from us, please let us know immediately at TableTalk c/o Raley's, 500 West Capitol Ave., West Sacramento, CA 95605 or email us at tabletalk@raleys.com.
How do I un-subscribe?
There are two ways: you can either click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any TableTalk e-mail, or contact us with the message "Unsubscribe me," at TableTalk c/o Raley's, 500 West Capitol Ave., West Sacramento, CA 95605 or email us at tabletalk@raleys.com.
