Lemon Herb Pork Chops
Lemon Herb Pork Chops
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
4 boneless pork chops
1 large white onion sliced
Whisk together 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp. each: salt,
pepper and dried oregano in a baking dish. Add 4 boneless pork chops and 1
large sliced white onion; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours,
turning several times while marinating. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until
pork reaches an internal temperature of 150F. Great with mashed potatoes.

Makes 4 servings.
