Ingredients
2- to 3- lbs. Raley's Black Angus Beef tri tip
Olive oil
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Garlic powder
Pepper
Directions

Brush tri tip with olive oil and coat liberally with seasonings. Slow cook for several hours in a smoker or for 30 to 45 minutes in a 350°F oven, until meat is cooked to your liking. The folks at the firehouse like to serve the steak sliced thinly across the grain in a toasted French roll with coleslaw.
