Meat and Potato Kebabs with Fiery Ketchup
Ingredients
1 lb. London broil
6 (12 -inch) skewers
1 orange bell pepper cubed
1/2 of a sweet onion
1 (15- oz.) package frozen Alexia Oven Reds Olive Oil, Parmesan and Roasted Garlic Potatoes thawed
1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. Chipotle Tabasco Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp. hot prepared horseradish
Directions

Cut 1 lb. London broil into 1-inch cubes. Thread 6 (12-inch) skewers alternately with beef, 1 cubed orange bell pepper, 1/2 of a sweet onion, cut into wedges, and 1 (15-oz.) package frozen, thawed Alexia Oven Reds Olive Oil, Parmesan and Roasted Garlic Potatoes. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness, turning once. Meanwhile, stir together 1 cup ketchup, 3½ tbsp. Chipotle Tabasco Pepper Sauce and 2 tbsp. hot prepared horseradish in a small bowl; serve with kebabs.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
