Speedy Turkey Chili
1 (20- oz.) package Jennie-O Turkey Store Lean Taco Seasoning Ground Turkey
1 medium onion chopped
2 (14.5- oz.) cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chiles
1 (15- oz.) can black or pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 (1.25 oz.) packet chili seasoning mix
Shredded Mexican blend cheese, diced avocado and sliced green onion tops (optional)

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 25 minutes Serves: 6

1. Cook turkey and onion in a large saucepan for 5 minutes over medum-high heat, breaking up meat with the back of a spoon.
2. Stir in tomatoes, beans and seasoning mix and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onions, if you like.
