Lemony Mascarpone Puffs
1 sheet puff pastry (from a 17.3- oz. box), thawed
1 cup whipping cream
1 (8- oz.) container mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup lemon curd
3 cups fresh berries, sliced if large
finely grated lemon zest

2. Beat cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat together mascarpone cheese and lemon curd until light; fold into whipped cream.
3. Cut each pastry piece in half horizontally. Top the bottom half with equal amounts of cream mixture and berries. Top with pastry tops and dust with powdered sugar and lemon zest.
