1-2 large avocados
Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
Canola oil or cooking spray (for the grill)
Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 2 to 4 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6
Cut avocados into quarters and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and Mexican seasoning. Cook on a well oiled grill over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each cut side. Scoop out of skin and serve with eggs.
