Maple Apple Pancakes
2 cups Raley's Buttermilk Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 cup Barsotti Apple Cider
1/4 cup Raley's Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup each: chopped walnuts and peeled Gala apple
Sunnyside Farms Butter and additional maple syrup
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 15 minutes total Serves: 8
1. Stir together pancake mix, cider, syrup and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Lightly stir in nuts and apple.
2. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into a lightly buttered skillet for each pancake. Turn when pancake surface bubbles and cook for a minute more. Serve with butter and syrup, if you like.
