Irish Oat Shortbread
2 cups flour
1/2 cup McCain Irish Quick Oats
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (8- oz.) package Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter softened
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 25 minutes Serves: 12
2. Divide into 3 equal portions, then shape each into a 3/4-inch thick disc. Place on baking sheet and cut each into 8 small wedges but do not separate. Decorate with the tines of a fork and bake for 25 minutes.
3. Let cool slightly, then cut fully to separate with a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container.
