Maple Balsamic Parchment Baked Salmon
Maple Balsamic Parchment Baked Salmon
Ingredients
1 to 1 lbs. salmon fillets
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Raley's Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 cloves Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic, minced
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 3 to 4

1. Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Place skin side down in a culinary parchment cooking bag and place on a baking sheet.

2. Stir together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and garlic and pour into bag; fold over to enclose. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

3. Serve salmon with juices and top with snipped fresh basil.
