Walnut Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Walnut Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
4 cups Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Isle of Capri Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper freshly
1 onion
4 Large stems fresh thyme
1/2 cup chopped walnuts coarsely
Directions

Cut 4 cups Brussels sprouts in half and place in a large bowl. Toss with 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp. Isle of Capri Seasoned Salt and 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper. Place on a large baking sheet and top with 1 thinly sliced onion and 4 large stems fresh thyme. Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts and roast for 10 minutes more or until sprouts are cooked to your liking, stirring occasionally.

Makes 6 servings.
