Skillet Pork with Spicy Raspberry Glaze
Ingredients
2 tsp. butter
2 boneless Raley's pork loin chops
1 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Raley's Smoked Sea Salt
1/2 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tsp. minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle chops with seasonings; cook for 5 minutes on each side.

2. Add pico de gallo, raspberries and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to skillet. Tent with foil and cook for 10 minutes more, turning pork once.
