Corn and Pulled Pork Tacos
Ingredients
4 handmade stye corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Jack cheese, divided
2 cups Prairie Grove Farms Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 cup fresh corn kernels, divided
1 cup green onions, divided
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Top each tortilla with1/2 cup each: cheese and pulled pork and 1/4 cup each: corn and green onions.

2. Cook over medium-low heat on a well-oiled grill for 5 minutes or until tortillas are slightly crisp and toppings are hot. Recipe may be doubled.
