Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
3/4 cup Raley's Meyer Lemon Cake Mix
2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Chill: several hours, Serves: 4

Stir together ice cream, cake mix and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Cover and freeze until firm.
