Pear and Elderflower Salad
Ingredients
1/4 cup St-Garmain liqueur
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
2 cored and thinly sliced ripe pears
2 thinly sliced shallots
Season to taste with freshly ground sea salt and pepper
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes  Serves: 4

Stir together 1/4 cup each: St-Germain liqueur, extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar in a medium bowl. Add 2 cored and thinly sliced ripe pears and 2 thinly sliced shallots; season to taste with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Serve over baby greens or a butter lettuce blend and sprinkle with chopped, toasted walnuts, if you like.
