Cajun Pot Stickers
3 tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 links Aidells Chicken Andouille Sausage, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup red bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
20 round pot stick wrappers (in our Produce Dept.)
2/3 cup chicken stock, divided
Prep: 30 minutes, Cook: about 20 minutes total, Serves: 8
2. Lay pot sticker wrappers on a large board and place equal amounts of filling on half of each. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to enclose. Press edges well, then crimp to seal.
3. Place 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Add half the pot stickers and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown on the both sides. Reduce heat to low and add 1/3 cup chicken stock; cover and cook for a few minutes more or until plump. Remove cover and cook for 5 minutes more until excess liquid has cooked off. Repeat with remaining pot stickers, oil and stock.
